About Us

Welcome to Push+Pull Athletics. My name is Kiesha Ellis-Peal (Kai), founder and head trainer of PPA. I've been certified personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) since 2008. I am also certified Fitness Nutrition Specialist and a certificate holder for OPT for the Prenatal Client.

 

 Fitness has been a life long passion mine and job that I enjoy very much. I am a former athlete and aspiring powerlifter with a big dream... To make believers out of those who doubt.  Let me help you achieve your goals; let me help you believe.
